Are you someone who enjoys collaborating with others to get the best possible outcomes for tamariki?
Are you ready to join something special in 2026?
Join us at Hingaia Peninsula, a hidden gem nestled in the beautiful suburb of Karaka. We have neighbouring paddocks, a new park next door and a semi-rural feel.
We offer inspiring, innovative learning environments where students and teachers thrive together. We are a relationships first school and value building warm, demanding relationships with our students. We have a supportive, diverse and growing community.
Why HPS?
- The Best Students: our students are admired for their respectful, positive attitudes and engagement in learning.
- Professional Support: We plan, teach and are released collaboratively in our ILEs, so you are well supported by your studio teaching team and beyond.
- The HPS Way: We believe in making learning fun and prioritise kids being kids; such as climbing trees, making mud pies, water play days and loose parts play! With an emphasis on smaller class sizes, responsive practice and high expectations - we create an environment where everyone can flourish.
